BASIC and PLUS include 2 visits/month. PREMIUM includes 3 visits/month.
BASIC — €90/month + 24% VAT
Base check — for preventive maintenance.

- Replace up to 3 light bulbs/month
- Basic photo report during the visit
- Email update with notes
PREMIUM — €160/month + 24% VAT
Full coverage — with priority support.
Everything in PLUS, plus:
- Includes 3 visits/month
- Indoor A/C unit cleaning & filter care
- Minor patching & cosmetic fixes
- Priority for urgent issues (same-day)
- Detailed report with photos and recommendations

While your subscription is active, you get 10% off our service prices for any other work you choose.
Materials, parts, products and third-party costs are never discounted.

After the included visits are used, additional visits follow the price list with the 10% subscriber
discount — minimum charge €31.50 + 24% VAT.

Same-day priority during working hours adds 20% on BASIC/PLUS. With PREMIUM, priority is included and
we make every reasonable effort to complete the repair that day depending on the fault, access and
parts availability, without guaranteeing completion.

Outside hours, Sundays or public holidays add 35%. Surcharges do not stack — only the highest one
applies.
