Indicative prices. Unless stated otherwise, materials/spare parts and extra travel costs are quoted separately.
Prices exclude 24% VAT unless explicitly marked “VAT included”.
Visit / assessment fee: €30 + 24% VAT
The visit/assessment fee is deducted from the final labour cost if we take the job.
Furniture assembly*
- Simple item (chair, bedside table)from €35 + 24% VAT
- Medium item (desk, bed)from €45 + 24% VAT
- Complex item (wardrobe, IKEA kitchen)from €95 + 24% VAT

Wall mounting
- Minimum charge (includes mounting 1 item)€35 + 24% VAT
- Each additional frame, mirror or hanger/hook€8 / pc + 24% VAT
- Each other additional item mounted€15 / pc + 24% VAT
Examples: curtain rods, shelves, frames, mirrors, TV brackets, hooks. The item being mounted and any special mounting materials are not included.
Electrical touch-ups

- Each additional outlet or switch installed/replaced€10 / pc + 24% VAT
- Each additional light fixture installed€15 / pc + 24% VAT
* Includes labour to install or replace 1 outlet/switch, or install 1 light fixture. The outlet, switch or light fixture itself, plus any other materials or spare parts, is not included.
Plumbing touch-ups

* Faucet replacement: includes labour to replace 1 faucet. Each additional faucet replacement: €20 / pc + 24% VAT. Faucets, traps, and any other materials or spare parts are not included.
* Unclogging: includes 1 unclog. Each additional unclog while we’re there: sink €20 / pc + 24% VAT, toilet €25 / pc + 24% VAT.
Small repairs / painting

- For 10 sq.m.from €45 + 24% VAT
- For 25 sq.m.from €75 + 24% VAT
- For 50 sq.m.from €110 + 24% VAT
- For 100 sq.m.from €300 + 24% VAT
Includes: labour, tubing, and emitters. Area-based prices are indicative.
Controller (not included): €30–€80 VAT included, depending on the unit.
Splitter/manifold: €10–€30 VAT included, depending on quality.
