Who we are

QuickFix.gr (“we”, “us”) provides handyman and small repair services in Greece. You can contact us through our contact form or by phone.

What we collect

  • Contact details you submit via the form (name, email, phone, address).
  • Job details you provide (service type and your message/description).
  • Attachments you choose to upload (photos/videos), if any.
  • Customer-visible status history and any updates you send through your private tracking page.
  • Technical information needed for security and operations (for example, basic request metadata and reCAPTCHA verification).

Why we collect it

  • To respond to your request and provide a quote or schedule a visit.
  • To prepare an automated preliminary assessment and identify information needed to confirm the work.
  • To communicate with you about your request.
  • To coordinate the work internally, maintain its status history, and provide your private tracking page.
  • To protect the site from abuse/spam (reCAPTCHA).

AI-assisted preliminary responses

When you use the chat or submit a request, we may use an AI service provider to classify the requested work and prepare a preliminary response. We exclude the dedicated name, email, phone, and exact-address fields from the AI request and redact matching details detected in the description. We may send up to two resized images, with metadata removed, when they can help assess visible scope. Videos are not sent to the AI service. Prices are calculated from QuickFix-controlled pricing rules rather than being created by the AI, and every automated response remains subject to confirmation by our team.

One-time introductions to businesses

We may research businesses with physical premises in Attica and send one introductory email to a public company or role inbox displayed on that business's official website. Recipients have not requested this introduction. We do not infer email addresses, use named employee addresses for this purpose, or schedule a newsletter, reminder, or other automated promotional follow-up. The message identifies the official webpage where we found the address and provides a link to prevent any future contact.

For this research we may record the business name, official website and public inbox, Google Place ID, business category and Attica location, website language, limited public facts used for the introduction, source and verification dates, and technical fingerprints used to detect duplicates. Google Places may help identify and verify a business and OpenRouter's web-search service may help locate relevant official pages. We do not send personal contact details, inferred facts, or sensitive business observations to the model used to prepare the factual wording.

Cookies & similar technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies depending on your choices. You can change your preferences anytime via “Cookie settings” in the footer.

  • Necessary: required for basic site functionality and security.
  • Analytics and ad measurement (optional): Umami, Google Analytics, and the OpenAI Ads Pixel (loaded only if you allow them) to understand page usage and interactions such as opening the chat, selecting a call or quote button, and successfully submitting a request. The OpenAI Ads Pixel receives a lead event only after a new request is successfully submitted. We do not intentionally send form entries, chat messages, contact details, addresses, ticket numbers, or attachment names to these measurement services.
  • External services (optional): Google Maps/Places for address autocomplete in the contact form.

Sharing

We may share your information with service providers strictly as needed to operate the site and process your request (for example: email delivery providers, analytics and advertising-measurement providers if enabled, and Google for reCAPTCHA / Maps features). Limited, redacted request information and eligible images may also be processed by our AI service provider to prepare the preliminary response described above.

For one-time business introductions, Purelymail processes message delivery and related delivery failures. Google Places and OpenRouter support the limited public-business research described above. Campaign reviews, administrator approvals, and delivery alerts may be processed in QuickFix's restricted Discord workspace. These providers receive only the information needed for their part of the workflow.

To coordinate jobs, the details and attachments you submit may also be copied into QuickFix's private internal Discord workspace. Access is limited to authorized QuickFix personnel, and Discord acts as a service provider supporting our internal communications. Customer-visible updates are deliberately selected by our team; ordinary internal discussion is not shown on your tracking page.

Retention

We retain ticket records and their status history for up to 24 months. Canonical photo and video attachments are retained for up to 90 days. We may retain limited information for longer where required by law, to resolve a dispute, or to protect the service from abuse, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

Unverified outreach research expires after 90 days. If a business asks not to be contacted, we erase the sendable address and retain the minimum keyed email hash, company fingerprint, date, and reason needed to honour the request and prevent rediscovery or duplicate introductions. We also retain minimal delivery and approval evidence where needed for accountability, security, disputes, and legal obligations. The existing prospect workbook is used only as a permanent exclusion source, not as a recipient list.

Private tracking links

The tracking link in your confirmation email grants access to the customer-visible information for that request. Keep it private and contact us if you believe it has been shared with someone else.

Your rights

Depending on your location and the processing involved, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data, and to receive data in a portable form where applicable. A business-introduction recipient may use the “Do not contact again” link for immediate suppression; no confirmation email is sent. To exercise any other right, email [email protected], use our contact form, or call us. You may also lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority or your local supervisory authority.
