Working hours
Monday – Friday: 08:00 – 17:00. Saturday: by arrangement. Sundays & public holidays: emergencies only, with a surcharge.
Surcharges & emergencies
Priority same-day service, when available: +20% on the base labour cost, unless included in an active PREMIUM plan. Outside working hours or on public holidays: +35%. Surcharges do not stack — only the highest one applies.

How fast can you come?
Often we can schedule the same day or next day depending on area and availability. If you need priority same-day or outside hours/holidays, surcharges may apply. Photos help us schedule faster.
Do you charge a visit fee?
Yes — the visit fee is €30 + 24% VAT. It’s deducted from the final labour cost if we take the job.
Are materials included?
Unless stated otherwise, materials and spare parts are quoted separately (we can bring common parts).
Do you accept card payments?
Yes — card payments via POS are available.
What areas do you cover?
Athens & suburbs (within 15km from the centre) with no extra cost. Beyond 15km: €5–€15 + 24% VAT depending on distance.
Can you bundle multiple fixes?
Yes — list everything in your message. Bundling often saves time and cost.
